PVR is a volunteer-operated local radio station serving the area of Mansfield, Chesterfield and Bolsover, plus all the places in between. We broadcast 24 hours a day / 7 days a week from our studio at Pleasley Vale. We are a community orientated station, but we currently receive no grant funding of any kind.

If PVR is to continue serving the community into the future, we need more volunteers to help with all aspects of running the station. We also need more income to keep us on the air, which is quite an expensive business!

Finally, the easiest way to help is simply by listening to the station and spreading the word. Although we are a local station, most of our programming can be enjoyed by anyone, anywhere. Simply tune in online at www.pvrbroadcasting.com or ask Alexa to “Play PVR Broadcasting.”
